How We Collect Your Information
We may collect personal data under the following circumstances:
- Directly from you when you inquire about our services and when you register to use our services.
- From Team Members who have granted you access to our services.

- Account Information: If you are a paid user, or have been invited to the extension by a paid user, we will ask you to provide us with your name and an email address.
- Payment Information: We collect payment and billing information when you register for certain paid services. For instance, you may need to provide payment details, such as a payment card number, which are collected and processed through secure, third-party payment processors.
- Sales and Customer Support Information: When you contact us through our Contact us form, we will ask you to provide us with name, employer and email address. We will also collect any other information you choose to provide to us when interacting with our team.

Transfer of Your Information
The two major services used by Thunder Client are Stripe and Microsoft Azure. Thunder Client currently uses
Stripe to process the payment of Subscription Fees, and does not directly collect or store any payment
information. Thunder Client uses Microsoft Azure for hosting of the Customer Data. Such data is currently
stored within the EU but may be transferred to the Microsoft Azure servers. Microsoft Azure is a signatory
to the EU-US Privacy Shield.
Data Retention
We will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected
it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Compliance
- You have the right to request details about the personal information we collect and use.
- You can request deletion of your personal information.
- You have the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. (Note: Thunder Client does not sell personal information.)
- We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights.

or excessive—particularly due to its repetitive nature—we may either charge a reasonable fee to cover

Security
The requests data created using the VSCode extension is saved locally on the user's device. The API data is
not associated with your subscription account. So we dont have any access to API requests data. User has
complete control of the API data and also responsible for its safety.

The database servers are hosted in Azure data centers located in Ireland, EU, offering robust security and
protection. The following security measures are available for the database:
- Encryption at rest.
- Encryption in transit.
- Firewall.
- Point in time restore.
Payment Processor
The payment data like credit card info is processed by Stripe company. The privacy information for

Third Party providers
- The website analytics are provided by plausible.io, which is compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and PECR.
- The Email Service is provided by Sendgrid.
